Aime Dunstan

{Owner/Creative Director}

It! Weddings & Events Principal Aime Dunstan — a former fashion and society columnist for The Palm Beach Post and a contributing editor for Hamptons Cottages & Gardens magazine — combines a decade of media production with her personal passion for entertaining, creating picture-perfect events that leave a lasting impression.

“Weddings, bridal showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthday parties and charity fund-raisers encompass mere hours, but our memories of these milestone events last a lifetime,” says Dunstan. “It’s so much more than just one night or one afternoon. Events like these become woven into the fabric of our lives, and that’s what inspires our team to obsess over every detail. That, and we have a lot of fun doing it!”

While serving as Special Projects Editor for Cottages & Gardens Publications in New York, Aime oversaw special events at its designers' show house in Sagaponack, which benefited numerous Hamptons charities. A former event manager at celebrity chef Daniel Boulud’s eponymous Cafe Boulud, Dunstan was instrumental in launching the inaugural Worth Tasting on Worth Avenue food and wine classic, an annual benefit for the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.

In 2010, the American Red Cross recognized her dedication and honored her with the privilege to chair the Palm Beach Preview Party for the Designers’ Show House. In addition to serving on the steering committee for Young Friends of the Norton Museum of Art, she is an active member of the Historical Society of Palm Beach County and the Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.

 

Jennifer Harner

Jennifer joined the It! Girls with a desire to turn a passion for planning weddings and events into a career. Since 2004, she has planned countless weddings that have ranged from intimate backyard receptions to large, lavish affairs.  She recognizes that the wedding is the biggest day in someone's life and loves the thrill of going above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect!
 
Coordinating corporate in-store events for Bloomingdale's has allowed Jennifer to learn the ins and outs of planning and executing successful charity events and fashion shows.  She was also named one of "Fort Lauderdale's Finest" last year and parlayed this honor into an exciting and fun event to raise funds for Cystic Fibrosis research. 
 
A graduate of the University of Florida, Jennifer loves the Gators and has a passion for all sports {Tim Tebow is the man of her dreams}. She also enjoys judging cheerleading competitions that range from the state to international levels for the Universal Cheerleaders Association.
